The service was incredible-incredibly bad. The restaurant - The food was on the bland side of average. It didn't look like any sort of remodeling was in progress.
When I stayed there, there was no ceiling in the casino, resulting in poor lighting and a rat's nest of wires coming down from above. The casino - A more sad, run-down collection of slot machines would be difficult to find. It didn't bother me much that there was no internet in the rooms (to be expected really) what bugged me was the telephone was hard-wired into the wall so I couldn't even use dial up internet. I need to do some work every evening with my laptop on the internet. Things I didn't like: The hotel - The rooms were old, dirty, and smelled of stale chlorinated water, thanks to the poorly ventilated pool down the hall. This is the only hotel I have stayed in where I have refused to return, even risking punishment from work for doing so.
I travel quite often for business, staying in many different hotels. Bad casino, bad restaurant, terrible hotel.
